Welcome to the Road Runner room at Blooming Heart Village — a charming upstairs bedroom full of personality and light in our beautifully remodeled 1910 Craftsman-style home in the heart of downtown St. George.
The Space A cozy queen bed, room-darkening shades, and thoughtful desert-themed decor make this the perfect spot to rest after a day of exploring Southern Utah. Shopping and restaurants are just 2-3 blocks away.
The Room Includes Mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker with tea options.
Kitchen Access The full kitchen may be reserved for $10 per use/day. Please contact your host to arrange in advance.
Shared Bathroom The bathroom is shared with other guests and cleaned frequently. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, please message your host.
The Property Set on nearly one acre, Blooming Heart Village hosts 6 unique accommodations surrounded by beautiful gardens, fountains, and cozy outdoor spaces. Noise from passing cars or other guests may bother light sleepers.
Pets Pets are welcome! Pet fee is $25 per pet, per stay.
Guest Access You are welcome to enjoy the back and front yard.
Other Things to Note Oliver our friendly Australian Shepherd and Jack the cat may greet you — Oliver is very sweet and will warm up after a few sniffs! Chickens may also say hello outside. 🐓
Our neighborhood is safe. Please lock the house as you enter and exit. Garbage goes out Tuesday night and returns Wednesday morning.
This room is across the hall from another guest room, so light sleepers may notice sounds like doors closing or the bathroom running. This is completely normal in a shared home! If you’d prefer more privacy and quiet, our Master Suite at the end of the hall or our ground-level rooms offer more amenities and a more private experience.

Garbage goes out Tuesday night and returns Wednesday morning — receptacle is located outside under the covered parking area.
