Property reaches nearly one acre and hosts 6 unique accommodations through out with abundant parking.
Room has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea options. Kitchen may be reserved for $10.00 per day and is not
available without reservations due to serving many occupants.
The entire property is an urban oasis in the city with vast gardens to enjoy but noise from passing cars or other guests may bother light sleepers.
The Space
Sweet upstairs bedroom with tons of charm and light! Comfy queen bed and a perfect space for budget vacationing or busy travelers needed a quick stop to rest. Shopping and restaurants found in city center, 2-3 blocks away.
Shared bathroom is cleaned frequently so please understand it is shared. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please message host.
Kitchen and laundry is an additional charge and 25.00 per pet. The airbnb app only calculates one pet fee so if your traveling with two I can accept cash or the airbnb app for all other fees.
Guest Access
This room is priced for budget or quick Travler’s. Access to the main house is available through another listing. If kitchen or laundry are needed there would be an extra charge. Please contact host for additional details.
You are welcome to enjoy the back and front yard.

Other Things To Note
Oliver is the resident Australian Shepherd along with one outdoor cats, Jack and chickens. If you don’t like the sound of a rooster in the morning, please don’t book. Oliver should be with host at all times but If you come in contact with Oliver, the best way to calm his barking is to turn your back and ignore him for a moment. He is very cute and will warm up after he gets a few sniffs.
Although our neighborhood is safe, lock the house as you enter and exit.
This room is situated across the hall from another room and may be a problem for light sleepers because you can hear doors close and the water running in the bathroom. Its very normal and if you need a more private space I will suggest my Master suite at the end of the hall or the ground level. These rooms also offer more amenities.
When throwing out your garbage, please use the receptacle outside under the covered parking area. The garbage cans go out Tuesday night and return Wednesday so there may be a time where you walk to the curb.
