You are booking a private room in a shared 1910 craftsman style home completely remodeled with nostalgic charm and modern amenities. The bathroom is shared with other guests. Please note this room is across the hall from another guest room, so light sleepers may find it less suitable.
Blooming Heart reaches nearly one acre and hosts 6 unique accommodations throughout with abundant parking. Greenhouse Haven has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea options while the main kitchen and laundry may be reserved for $10.00 per use/load and is not available without advance reservation due to serving many occupants.
The entire property is an urban oasis in the city with vast gardens to enjoy, though noise from passing cars or other guests may occasionally be heard.
The Space
Sweet upstairs bedroom with tons of charm and light! Comfy queen bed and a perfect space for budget vacationing or busy travelers needing a quick stop to rest. Shopping and restaurants found 2 blocks away in the city center and easy access to the freeway, Utah Tech, Tech Ridge and 15 minutes from the airport. The shared bathroom is cleaned upon departure so please understand it is shared and if something doesn’t meet your expectations, please message host or utilize the cleaning supplies found under the sink to make yourself comfortable.
Guest Access
This room is priced for budget or quick Travler’s. Access to the main house is available through another listing. If resources are needed there would be an extra charge.
You are welcome to enjoy the back and front yard.

Other Things To Note
Jack the cat and a small flock of chickens live outside among the extensive gardens, fountains, and cozy niches. Please do not let Jack in the house which allows guests with cat alergies peace of mind. He is very lovey and will totally hang outside in the many sitting areas.
Although our neighborhood is safe, lock your car and the house locks are automatic upon your entrance or exit.
My home, “Blooming Heart village” has multiple rooms so plan on saying hi to fellow travelers and honoring quite time from 9pm to 8am.
