Property reaches nearly one acre and hosts 6 unique accommodations throughout with abundant parking.
Room has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea options. Kitchen may be reserved for $10.00 per day and is not
available without reservations due to serving many occupants.
The entire property is an urban oasis in the city with vast gardens to enjoy but noise from passing cars or other guests may bother light sleepers.
The Space
Sweet upstairs bedroom with tones of charm and light! Comfy queen bed and a perfect space for budget vacationing or busy travelers needed a quick stop to rest. Shopping and restaurants found in city center, 2-3 blocks away.
Shared bathroom is cleaned upon departure so please understand it is shared. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please message host. Stocked with supplies to make yourself comfortable too.
There is options for kitchen access and laundry for 10.00 per day.
Guest Access
This room is priced for budget or quick Travler’s. Access to the main house is available through another listing. If resources are needed there would be an extra charge.
You are welcome to enjoy the back and front yard.

Other Things To Note
Oliver is the resident Australian Shepherd along with one outdoor cat. Oliver should be with host at all times but If you come in contact with Oliver, the best way to calm his barking is to turn your back and ignore him for a moment. He is very cute and will warm up after he gets a few sniffs in.
Although our neighborhood is safe, lock the house as you enter and exit.
My home, “Blooming Heart village” has multiple airbnb rooms so plan on saying hi to fellow travelers and honoring quite time from 9pm to 8am.
This room is across the hall from another room that shares the bathroom. It is priced to reflect this so if you are a light sleeper and noise generated from another traveler will detract from your stay, I suggest booking one of my Master Suites priced for more privacy.
When throwing out your garbage, please use the receptacle outside under the covered parking area. The garbage cans go out Tuesday night and return Wednesday so there may be a time where you walk to the curb.
