Kitchen Use Policy

We are pleased to offer the option to reserve our kitchen for just $10 a day. This is a great opportunity to prepare your own meals during your stay.

To ensure availability, please reserve the kitchen at least 24 hours in advance. When making your reservation, kindly provide a list of the kitchen items you wish to use such as;

  • Pots & Pans
  • Knives
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Dishware
  • Cooking Utensils
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups
  • Glassware

Please text your name, reservation days and wish list to 425-218-8616. We will confirm your reservation with a text back.

Trash Policy

Please dispose of trash in the outside receptacle. Feel free to share any leftover food with our chickens out back, they will be grateful!

Thank you for being a considerate guest and helping us maintain a clean environment

Comfort Zone Policy

Winter months the heat is set at 76°. Please do not raise it past 78°.

Summer months the air conditioner is set at 76°. Please do not lower it past 74°.

Bedside fans, space heaters and blankets are available upon request.

Pet Policy

Welcome furry friends. Kindly stay off the furniture, please stay in your kennel when your human isn’t around, keep your barking minimal so everyone can enjoy their stay.

Smoking Policy

We are pleased to inform our guests that smoking & vaping is permitted on our property. For your convenience, we have designated an area. This area is located on Temple Street, near the blue outbuilding found on the Northwest side.

An ashtray is provided and we kindly ask that all guests use this area for smoking and vaping to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

Location: Northwest side of the property

Laundry Policy

We kindly ask that you please place all used laundry into the laundry basket. This helps us keep the space tidy and ensures a smooth cleaning process.

Parking Policy

Guest Parking Options:

1. Parking lot

Location: 231 E. 100 S.
Park against the red stucco wall
Capacity: Four cars

Note: If you're the first to arrive, please park on the furthest left or right side

2. Additional Parking

If the parking lot is full, use the parking stalls that run north & south next to the two-story building

3. Street Parking

Abundant street parking is typically available.
Easy access for towing or larger vehicles.

Safety Tips

The neighborhood is very safe. Please lock your car and secure all belongings.
